“Excellent”
On the main canal by Rialto Bridge, the breakfast was awesome and everything was easy to get to. Nothing.

The location was the best! No complaints, but the hotel has different levels when going back and forth to the room, so be prepared for a workout if you have heavy luggage—there are 2–5 steps.

We had a problem with leaking shower pipes while we were out; when we returned the staff explained the situation and gave us a beautiful suite with a stunning view of the Grand Canal. The rooms are older but very charming, and the staff were 10/10.

The location was convenient to the heart of the city, but the room had an unpleasant smell, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and the shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold.

I loved the location; we could walk around town easily, the staff were very friendly, and the rooftop patio overlooking the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge was enjoyable. The sofa in the living room that doubled as a bed for my teenage daughter felt like lying on the floor, and the master bed was pretty rigid as well.
