I didn’t like anything about the stay. The hotel failed to provide basic amenities like a towel or soap, even though breakfast was included in my booking and nothing was offered. No one was at the reception to respond. I am demanding a refund, and if that fails I will take the matter to the Consumer Forum. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a property.
