I actually liked the service and the team's helpfulness; the hotel is good, and I think it will improve over time. I did note what I didn’t like to the hotel, but nothing that couldn’t be resolved easily.

The service and courtesy were top‑class. The coffee was excellent and made with care by the chef, and the space and rooms were comfortable.
