The room was spotless and spacious, but the management seemed clueless—only two hangers, no fridge, and the restaurant was a mess. We were the sole diners one morning and had to wait 15 minutes for a waiter to notice us before we could order coffee.

The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, spotless, and the rooms are supremely comfortable. The staff were attentive, and every need was met: an iron, steamer, hairdryer, bottled water, tea, and coffee were all available. I felt warmly welcomed and will definitely return.

I was sorely disappointed by the staff. At check‑in I was asked to show my banking app as proof of payment—like I might just show up and claim I paid. With a newborn in tow, no one opened the door for my pram; I had to shout to get the front desk staff to help me in. Extremely let down.
