The views of the mountains were amazing, but that's about where the positives end. The hotel is way out of the way, and the last stretch of road to get there is in terrible condition - it feels really isolated. We booked a transport to a national park to see tigers, and the hotel offered to arrange it, but they were late picking us up and we had to go find the other transport company.

The location was spot on, right in the heart of everything, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place was a letdown.

This place has a fantastic location and the staff are really helpful, Arun was particularly great. However, the property itself could use some work to live up to its potential - at the moment, it's not the best value for money.
