I loved my stay at Romana Saigon Hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you so much for the warm welcome, Manager Mr JP, Mr Simon and AFOM Ms Nancy. All staff are amazing and willing to help out with anything, very kind and respectful. I really like the cleanliness of the hotel and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered plenty of choices for different tastes. Highly recommended.

The pool was amazing and so was the room. One bed was uncomfortable and the pool could be open later than 7 pm.

Good value for money. First time stay was great. Second time I stayed, the room wasn’t clean. And the beds weren’t comfortable either. Additionally, during the second time stay the reception handed the key to the room to a work colleague without my permission; the colleague also collected the key without informing me, even though the last day booking was a personal booking done by me and not related to a work booking.
