Comfortable mattress, pretty nice shower, good lunch and dinner. The pillows, the noise (thin walls), strange plumbing sounds. The staff lack smiles (even though I know it’s hard to stay cheerful with certain people, at least make a smile for those who do).

Good. The children are very noisy and the parents cannot reason with them.

The hotel is close to everything in Salou, the rooms are nice and the price is affordable. The food isn’t great, but there’s always something to eat. Some staff are amazing, others not so great. The entertainment is okay for little kids but very basic.
