The rooms are spotless, a large glass shower and stylish décor are highlights. The bed, however, feels rigid.

The hotel’s architecture and atmosphere are lovely, and it’s spacious and comfortable. I didn’t notice the location until later; it’s a bit out of the centre, but a Grab ride costs only a few pounds, so that’s not a big issue.

The family room was large, luxurious, and the heated pool was a real game‑changer in the cold air of Dalat. Breakfast wasn’t diverse enough for a 5‑star hotel. When we received our room, the receptionist guided us and told us that the fruits, dried fruits, and hot dishes on the table were complimentary, but at check‑out we were surprised to be asked to pay for them.

The location was great, the room was beautiful, and I liked the fan (air‑con was also available). Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very, very good. The only complaint is that the stairs to the breakfast area and down to the pool lack handrails; you don’t notice them until you need them. Other than that, it was great.
