How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was spacious and tidy, the bathroom was okay though a light bulb was broken, the sink faucet was loose, and when you showered a big water splash hit the floor. Maintenance needs to be fixed. You can speak English but they don’t understand it. On the first day breakfast was a buffet, on the second day it switched to a menu card that was unreadable.

The room and bathroom were roomy and well‑furnished, the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the girl working as a bartender on the ground floor. The panoramic restaurant on the top floor offers a view of all of Sarajevo. In the room and bathroom the windows can’t be opened, so it feels like a sealed box. Smoking is banned in the hotel; guests and staff who smoke can only sit in one of two side patios by the entrance on nice days, but when the weather is bad the only “cigarette break” spot is on the stairs at the main entrance.
