“We really enjoy it there.”
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the bedding was very comfortable. We…
“Average at best”
The stay was decent, but the handicap room was too small and there was nowhere to hang clothes.
“Great time”
Everything was great ,the rooms were clean, the staff was wonderful and friendly. We loved the breakfast and just enjoyed the area .we will be back, we're going to be there 3 times this summer ☀️. We always have a great time there. Shower curtain was to short for the tub/Shower
“Will never stay again at Aiden Best Western.”
The location was great, but the sheets had blood on them. Housekeeping delivered clean sheets that were the wrong sizes—twin and full sheets for a queen‑size bed—so I had to remake my own bed after going to the front desk for the correct size. I reported the issue to the blonde manager, Holly, who just brushed it off. An outlet was hanging out of the wall, the Keurig was broken, and the only bright spot was a front‑desk employee who checked us in and out.
“I’d stay again just make sure of the room”
Breakfast had definitely improved compared to years before. Our bathroom was not great; I didn’t realize the room I booked had no shower curtain, so water splashed everywhere, and it looked pretty dated.
