The place is simple yet welcoming, ideal as a base for us who were in Lucca for the Comics. The location makes it easy to reach the city centre and main connections, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The furniture feels a bit dated and the rooms aren't especially spacious, but given the price and location that wasn't an issue.

The staff were extremely helpful. The main road is easily accessible and only a few minutes from the highway exit. Parking is limited. Because the restaurant is open to everyone, when we arrived in the evening there was no parking available and we had to wait for the restaurant to clear out before we could park inside.

The three rooms we booked were clean. One of the rooms faced a very noisy road, even at night, and had no double glazing. The air conditioning was not working properly and was very loud! Two out of the three rooms didn't have a television.
