The room was excellent, and the location was fantastic—just a 3‑minute walk to the Mall of Emirates and the metro station.

“Not happy”

Only one staff member, Nirmal, was great; the rest were awful. Parking was terrible, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was bad.

“Excellent spot and great value for money.”

The hotel sits conveniently close to the Mall of the Emirates and has an exit onto Sheikh Zayed Road that leads straight to Media City, Marina, and Downtown. The rooms are clean, modern, and the staff are courteous. Housekeeping is excellent and the overall environment is quiet.
