I stayed here for a few nights during my time in Sarajevo. My room was spacious and clean, and I experienced no problems/issues whatsoever throughout my stay. I felt like it was not missing anything, and if I did need anything extra, it would have been made available to me. It should be noted that the hotel is situated close to a mosque, so you will hear the customary ezan being played five times per day, but in my experience I only heard it in the afternoon and evening. My sleep was therefore not disturbed at all, and I was surprised when I was told that it had been played in the morning! The hotel itself is ideally located nearby the Old Town; it therefore acts as a good base from which you can explore the many layers of Sarajevo's unique culture and discover its riveting history. There is also a wide array of cafes and restaurants just a short walk away too, in addition to a group of friendly cats living along the street. A special mention should also be made to the host, Ismet. I found him to be a welcoming and hospitable host, who was eager to assist me in any way possible to ensure my stay in Sarajevo was as enjoyable as possible. He was accommodating of my (very) late check-in just a few minutes after midnight, as my bus from Zagreb had been delayed, which proved to be no problem whatsoever. He, his family, and the rest of the hotel's employees made my stay all the more comfortable. I can safely say I will stay at this hotel again when I return to Sarajevo in the future!
