The place felt very cosy and comfortable, had excellent facilities, a nice location, and was quiet—definitely worth recommending.

“Ella was nice everyone else can rot in hell”

The room itself was fine, yet other residents were very racist and abusive, and the shopkeeper downstairs was loud, made homosexual jokes at my expense, and spat out racist remarks.

“Terrible customer service”

The area was good, but the TV never worked, the staff never fixed it even after I asked, they ignored my WhatsApp messages despite giving me the number, and the check‑in/check‑out process was unnecessarily complicated.
