My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The location was extremely difficult to access, with narrow streets that made it nearly impossible to drive in. The room I was given had a noisy water heater installed on the ceiling, which made it impossible to sleep whenever anyone took a shower in the facility. When I requested that the issue be addressed, I was told that nothing could be done, and my request for a different room was also denied.
