How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was the only good thing. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, there were roaches in the bathroom, and the smell lingered in the room. I was overcharged; I booked a double room at a certain price but was given a smaller room at a higher rate.

No complaints.

The facilities were good and the food at Ra was excellent. The sheets were thin and a bit stained, and there was some garbage under the bed.

The hosts let us use the upstairs fridge, which saved us from throwing away food. There was no hot water, but given the heat a cool shower was fine and we didn’t complain—maybe the boiler was simply off. However, there was no bedside lamp or lamp for each bed, and bathroom water slowly leaked into the room, forming a puddle. A shower wall and a shower mat could prevent this small nuisance. For a single night it wasn’t a big deal, and with the language barrier we didn’t bother to report it to the hosts. I’m writing this so they can make these minor corrections for future guests.
