How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Convenient location in the centre. After paying you’ll be told that there is no lift. Then you’ll have to carry heavy luggage because the reception is in one building while the room may be in another (they also warn you about this at reception). The dishes are dirty, and they only give one towel per person (the booking said we were two).

The kitchen and dishes in the apartment met expectations. Regardless of the price, there are non‑negotiable things like cleanliness: you can’t have a previous guest’s shirt lying under the bed or excessive dust on the furniture, and there’s a noticeable smell on the sheets/towels that shows poor cleaning. Also, if you get a room facing the street (most of them), it’s impossible to sleep because of the outside noise and terrible floor insulation (it’s normal for a window to vibrate from a passing tram). Finally, a temperature below 10 °C is considered cold for most of the world, so if it stays that low for several days and it’s raining, they should turn on the heating or provide an electric stove (even though the room’s thermal insulation isn’t good). This is the same people who go to a place where it’s 25 °C and keep the air‑conditioner on all day because they can’t stand the heat. And if they don’t want to turn on the heating, at least give decent blankets, not a dirty duvet.

The location is the only thing that’s super good. In the Jewish quarter and close to the historic centre. Everything else. The photos on the website have nothing to do with the rooms. Dirty, rude service, bathroom with mold and bad finishes, and you hear all the street tram noise and the neighbours’ rooms. I wouldn’t stay again.

Close to the centre. Breakfast is varied and fairly good. You pay for what you get, don’t expect anything else.
