The housekeeping team on duty on 13/10/26 (Tues) were exceptionally attentive; while tidying my room they spotted a leaking shower head and fixed it before I returned. The room itself was neatly arranged and the toiletries were well placed. I’d gladly give a 6‑star rating if that were an option. Thanks for making my stay excellent!

Everything was perfect—the location, the amenities, the room, and the staff. It’s an amazing place to stay with family, and my kids loved it. We’ll definitely come back.

This was one of the best stays on our Germany‑Switzerland trip. Upon check‑in we received a welcome gift of two bottles of mineral water, and there were fruit, candy, sparkling water, and more at the front desk for free. The downstairs Spanish restaurant was authentic, and we got an 80 % discount on the main course. Breakfast was also served here, with simple items and bacon—very varied.

The room was functional and the layout made good use of space, featuring modern touches like digital smart access to the doors and lift. The bidet in the toilet added a nice comfort upgrade over standard hotel toilets. We received many free goodies that made us feel welcomed: souvenir glass water bottles, daily free refills of beer and apple juice in the fridge, free still and sparkling water at the lobby, a free apple to take away, and even free drinks at Bolero Restaurant if we opted out of daily cleaning to support their environmental goals. The staff were fantastic and helpful. The room was a bit tight, but the functional design and modern features compensated for that. It’s a bit farther from Luzern HB, which might be good or bad depending on your plans, and it’s quieter, but you have to walk 10 minutes further to everywhere. We didn’t mind it, though others might want to consider the extra distance.

The Front Desk staff were outstanding, and many people helped us during our stay: Fabiana, Corinne, Rea, Yara, Nina, Fatima in Housekeeping, and Rodrigo at the Bolero Restaurant. The room was a good size with a very comfy bed, soft pillows, and comforters. The bathroom was large, and the walk‑in shower was easy to enter and exit. A nice touch was the two taps near the elevator for refilling water bottles with still or sparkling water. Nearby cafés were great, including Two Hands Restaurant for breakfast— their 3‑egg omelet with mushrooms was excellent—and Bakery Bakery for coffee and croissants.
