A flawless stay—every detail was spot on. The hotel sent a thoughtful email beforehand, the location was easy to find, the room was spotless and tidy, the staff were friendly, I even got an upgraded room and a welcome package on arrival, and the price was brilliant, especially considering the short notice. I’ll definitely book here first next time I’m in Pembrokeshire.

Nothing good to say. There was no hot water all weekend, the pool was inaccessible, the bar was closed, and there were no other facilities at all. A horrible experience.

The location is stunning and a favorite of ours, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel had no bar or restaurant open during our stay, but we knew the town well enough to find meals there.

The place is great, but there was no Wi‑Fi, no food, and the bar was closed.

The room offered a lovely sea view and a pool; we had an extra area where we brewed coffee and plenty of storage, including a walk-in wardrobe. The hotel is being sold, so we knew there wouldn’t be food or drink. The hill was steep for my husband, who has a lung problem, but we managed to walk it one day; the beach parking was a bit overpriced, so we returned by taxi, which cost only £5.
