How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The chalet is wonderful, even more beautiful than the photos. The breakfast is divine, highly recommended! It was a bit hard to get there because if you enter this address into Waze it sends you on a horrible route; the best is to use Maps, which is error‑free. On the way back we were informed and the route was much smoother.

Staying at Chalés Terras Altas was an excellent experience. The chalet was well kept, clean, with fragrant sheets and towels. Breakfast served in the chalet was delicious. The view of the mountains was amazing, a place of tranquility and rest amid lush nature.

“Chalé maravilhoso.”

We stayed in chalet 4, everything was great. The view is magnificent. Breakfast is served in the room and is delicious. The place is very peaceful and the staff are very attentive. I liked everything. Just be careful when arriving in Gonçalves; the GPS suggests a very steep street that we couldn’t climb. There are other ways to reach the chalet. Ask locals for directions to avoid trouble.

The view was stunning and the staff were genuinely courteous. The only thing that could use a bit of work is the deck – it feels a little rough around the edges.
