The facilities were excellent and the atmosphere was just right, but first at reception they made us wait too long to check in; they said the reception opened at 3 and we were three minutes late, yet they made us wait an extra 10 minutes after 3 p.m. Then the cleaning staff entered the room without touching anything while we were still there.
