The location was great, close to the metro station and the tower, but the staff never came to clean my room.

The place had a good location, yet the room was tiny, the walls were dirty, and the bathroom was small.

The only advantage of this spot was its walkable distance to the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, and they only reveal this fact after your booking is finalized (the booking is non‑refundable). The stairs are narrow and winding. The rooms are so small I wouldn’t call them rooms, just a hallway with a bed in it; two people cannot pass each other side by side. On the first day, the AC was broken; when I asked the receptionist, maintenance told me the AC cannot go below 26 (make that make sense) and that it is centrally controlled and supposedly working, which it clearly wasn’t. The linen was old and worn; I booked two rooms and one had bed bugs, so my sister‑in‑law was bitten badly and thought it was an allergy until she returned home and was told it was bed‑bug bites. We wrote our concerns to the people in charge as a heads‑up for future guests, but she didn’t even acknowledge the message. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I would give this hotel zero stars if possible; even one star feels too generous for what I experienced. From the moment I entered my room, I was extremely disappointed. The mattress had a lot of dirty hair, the duvet cover was disgusting with stains that looked like someone had used the toilet on it, and it hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was also a lot of dust and dirt on the bedding. Cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I even paid extra for cleaning, but the hotel simply put the same dirty sheets back instead of properly changing them. I expected at least basic hygiene, but that was missing. The bathroom was in terrible condition: the toilet was dirty, the shower area was full of rust and looked poorly maintained. The towels were extremely hard and rough, more like a piece of rough material than a towel. There were no basic toiletries such as shampoo or soap. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. The worst part was how my complaint was handled by the woman at reception. I don’t know if she was the owner, manager, or receptionist, but her behavior towards me was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. When I first entered the room and saw how dirty it was, I went to reception and politely explained the situation, telling her the room was very dirty, there were hairs on the mattress, and the sheets were dirty. I simply asked if she could change the sheets and provide a clean room. Instead of trying to help, she refused and said, “I will not change them. If you don’t like it, you can leave the hotel.” I was shocked by how she spoke to me.

The air conditioning worked well and the location was convenient, but the staircase was extremely narrow and spiral, and I found bedbugs in the bed and on the curtains.
