The location is strategic, and the facilities are very pretty, just like the photos on Booking, but they really lack a lot of service spirit. They don’t try to make the stay unforgettable, especially on the first visit, because no one greets you or gives a welcome. They have so many nice spaces and they don’t make use of them, and the food is very regular.

The location and cleanliness are good, but the food and water service are terrible, and they should separate guests with dogs from those without; the dogs can’t sleep at night and it’s uncomfortable in the dining area with so many of them.
