The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, trying to solve every question I had, yet the property looked shabby—old, outdated furniture, a missing porcelain patch on the tub, a chipped sink, a sagging cheap mattress, and a door that didn’t fit the frame, leaving a big gap between the door and the frame.
