The location was good with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I stayed for 7 days, but the staff, place, and room fell short of expectations, leaving me disappointed with the service and overall stay. It wasn’t worth the price. The room was very small and they charged Rm100 extra for a single day. The TV was broken and after reporting it, they didn’t change my room. One night was manageable, but for the 7‑day stay I expected a room change. They charge a lot, housekeeping comes only every two days, the air‑con wasn’t cool enough, and I couldn’t trust the housekeeping staff with our belongings. I bought disposable cups because I didn’t want to use their dirty glasses; the next day housekeeping cleaned the room and all the cups were gone. I don’t recommend staying here.

Breakfast and lunch were not very convenient. The room next to the main entrance was too noisy.

Recently renovated, so everything is still relatively new and clean, but the toilet was not great and the soaps were all watered down.
The location is good, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The only thing to note is that the receptionist, who is an uncle, only speaks Mandarin, which can be easily fixed with Google Translate.
