A friendly male front‑desk guy greeted me, but the place was dirty and the lights were dim; overall it felt old.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious, had A/C, and the light over the dresser was bright enough to see my makeup clearly.

The location was convenient, motorbike parking was good, the room was fine, and the lift was a big plus for someone like me; the only downside was that the hot water didn’t work.

The hotel sat right next to the national museum, and the Friday and Saturday night markets were just outside; however, room 408 had light, white curtains that let in a lot of heat in the afternoon, so even with the AC on maximum it stayed warm; the foyer water dispenser wasn’t refilled even after I mentioned it, and staff preferred handing out bottled water instead of letting guests use the dispenser; next to the dispenser was a hot‑water urn but only two small cups were provided for guests.
