I appreciated the chance to find another hotel, but it was exhausting: I requested a free cancellation because no one answered when we knocked on the doors or called the phone, and there was no response about that. It was very tiring, as were many other operational issues.
I loved the peaceful setting, the calm surroundings, and the staff, but I wish I could have spent more time chatting with the very friendly manager.
