The hotel is right next to Ningxia Night Market. The soundproofing is terrible—every hallway conversation is crystal clear, and you can also hear other rooms from the corridor without any difficulty. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired; the sheets had dried blood stains. The fixtures are old, and the indoor lighting is extremely dim.

The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the front‑desk staff were warm and friendly. The shower’s wet‑dry door never sealed completely, and the lighting was a bit dim.

“トイレ以外は完璧✨”

The location was great and, although the building showed its age, the cleaning was thorough enough to make it comfortable; the staff didn’t seem to understand Japanese, but they did hand out a printed guide in Japanese, which was helpful. The toilet wouldn’t flush – probably a cultural quirk and the old building’s fault – yet both the lobby and the rooms were spotless, and the air‑conditioning was set so high that it felt unnecessary, almost funny.

“地點離夜市很近 這一區有老台北的美”

The service was excellent; they could store luggage and even after checking out and retrieving our bags, the front desk reminded us we could still use the lobby restroom before heading home, which was very thoughtful.
