We were stunned! This hotel should no longer be offered. It was totally run down, furniture from the junkyard, a filthy carpet that had not even been cleaned of the grime. Moldy smell! Trash from the previous tenant was still present. The drain was clogged, the bathroom was a hygiene disaster. Breakfast was from the previous day; we had to take it from an un‑cooled fridge ourselves. Absolute catastrophe! The price was a complete rip‑off!!

The room was large, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast simple but good. It had a bit of wear and the outdoor area looked somewhat untidy.

We tried to check in 2 h after normal opening time, but nobody was there; after several phone attempts we finally got a reply, yet the staff never showed up, creating a creepy atmosphere; we had announced beforehand that we would arrive with a dog, but the room was far too small and, since we wanted to sleep separately, we were given an old, unrenovated room that we would have cancelled if we’d known its size; the advertised sauna doesn’t exist, so we couldn’t use it for 2 h, the dog felt uncomfortable, and I felt the place was unsafe enough that we had to find another hotel where we at least received proper keys; in the past I’ve stayed in more comfortable and cleaner youth hostels, perhaps this place is suited for workers but not for guests.
