This place is pretty clean and the room matches the pictures. The staff are helpful and it's close to the metro, which is a big plus. Yeah, it's a bit of a trek into town, but that's not a deal-breaker for me.

Got a bad experience with the hotel - they overcharged me and when I tried to sort it out through the chat on the booking site, no one got back to me for days.

The room was really tidy and the breakfast was good. No complaints at all - a great stay.

The hotel was great overall, but the check-in experience was a letdown. Most staff were friendly, but the one who helped me check in was really rude. There was an issue with my booking, and it took a while to sort out, but the staff member who took over from the first one seemed put out by the whole thing, like I was to blame for using a booking platform. They didn't even bother to give me my room number, Wi-Fi password, or tell me what floor I was on - just handed me my key card and rushed off.

Overall, I had a great stay here - the facilities are good, the room is clean, and the breakfast is amazing. The staff are really helpful too. That being said, the soundproofing could be better, I could hear people outside and doors slamming. It's also a bit of a subway ride to the main tourist spots, but it's not too bad.
