“Якщо у вас немає машини чи транспорту то від автобусної зупинки треба йти 2 кілометри. Жінка на рецепції, була привітна)”
For its modest price, the lodging is nice. There is nothing else.
“Gezellig kabourterhuisje”
We rented a little gnome house and it was super cozy. Together with the tidy, well-equipped bathroom block and the garden furniture for our cabin, we had all we needed. The campsite was very quiet (few guests). The mattresses were due for replacement because they had lost some resilience. The kettle was moldy. We stayed for one night on 1 September. It was a beautiful sunny day and we were looking forward to a dip in the pool after a long bike ride. Unfortunately they had closed the pool the evening before for winter. That shouldn’t happen if you promise guests a pool open from May to the end of September. It was a disappointment for us. The campsite has many facilities but you have to pay for everything.
“Gerne wieder…”
The immediate proximity to Urk was decisive for us. We liked the campsite, the toilets and shower facilities were clean and well maintained. The two gnome house neighbours chatted until almost midnight… That’s just camping…
The price was good and everything we needed was there, but the shower walls were dirty while the floors were clean.
The peace and the unexpected coffee & tea to brew yourself (no instant coffee!) were great. The accommodation can’t do anything about the weather. I was glad to have a roof over my head during the nighttime storm and downpour.
