“Not too bad since your only going there to sleep cause the location is great.”

Location to boardwalk, shopping, food, arcade & wharf were great, less than a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was good & had option’s like pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, OJ, Tea, coffee, milk, yogurt etc. , staff was friendly & helpful. Bed’s were comfortable & bedding was clean, no evidence of bed bug’s, enjoyed the patio with ocean view. Cleanliness of floor’s could be better. Found used teeth floss pick’s, head phone packaging & dust bunnies on side of bed. Suggest using air freshener & floor cleaner to address odor as room had smell of urine. Had one cockroach crawl out of the plug in the bathroom but didn’t see any other’s after that

The location was very good, close to the sea and the fair, but there was a sewer smell in the room.

“Decent but room was hot and stuffy”

I was close to the boardwalk and beach, and the bed was great for my back—something that made me leave my previous place. The room was decent and I liked the hot tub. The room got stuffy and hot at night and the air conditioner seemed ineffective, even though the outdoor temperature wasn’t very high. I didn’t feel safe sleeping with the window open and there was no fan, so I’d have liked a simple fan. One night I barely slept because I was too hot. The motel felt old and could use a refresh. When I opened the window one night, a lot of smoke from outside smokers drifted in—yuck! I could hear hallway and neighboring room noise, and the air conditioner was loud, so I had to use earplugs. The shower had intense water pressure that I couldn’t turn down, blasting water everywhere; it wasn’t ideal in an area known for droughts and made showering a water‑wasting ordeal.

Breakfast and the jacuzzi were great, but the stairs to the second floor were a hassle.

The location was awesome, but the rooms were very small and the breakfast was weak.
