The staff were very polite and the location would be perfect if the weather were sunny. The shower flow was a bit poor – maybe it clogs easily? It was great that we could have a BBQ inside, but the exhaust fan alone doesn’t vent the smoke outside, and if you don’t open the window the room turns completely white.

The dome we booked was surprisingly roomy and had all the essentials for a cozy stay, including a private bathroom and a nice dining area. The dinner spread was generous and tasty, and the staff were genuinely friendly. However, we visited in winter and the air‑conditioning kept cycling between defrosting and normal mode, making us feel chilly one moment and sweating the next.

The staff were incredibly kind and offered heartwarming service. I wish there had been a bathtub, as that would have been a welcome addition.

The surroundings were beautiful, and the tent decoration added a nice touch. The room was comfortable, and the dining area was close to the tent, which was very convenient. On the downside, the food and drinks were lacking: there were no canned or bottled drinks in the room fridge, so we had to bring a cup to get a drink from the machine at the bar counter. Wine was insufficient, beer was not refilled, and overall beverage options were poor, which was inconvenient for guests since the bar counter was a short walk from the tent. Breakfast was bland, consisting of a simple sandwich box and a small salad portion.
