The staff, especially Silvia, and everyone else at the hotel were incredibly friendly. The room, balcony, breakfast, and the decorative touches in both rooms and common areas were all lovely, and the lobby played beautiful music while the scent of flowers, candles, and aromatics filled the air; the location is close to everything—PERFECT. Nothing negative.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, it was a beautiful experience. Truly wonderful hotel, though some guests might find the parking a bit challenging.

The location is fantastic, the staff are super friendly, and the building and rooms are absolutely beautiful. The rooftop jacuzzi offers a view of the castle, and the breakfast that’s included is really good. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that a coffee during the day would be nice.

The location, staff, room size, and lovely building all combine to make this a cozy yet spacious boutique hotel. The rooftop and views are great, and the lift is available. It’s in the center but still easy to unload. The staff are very available, helpful, and respectful. The main door slams loudly, so it’s worth checking it out or softening the mechanism.
