The staff were courteous and the common areas were clean. However, the room smelled bad—when I opened the door it was hot and damp, with a strong mildew odor that wouldn’t go away, so I had to wear a mask to sleep. There was no elevator, so I had to carry heavy luggage up to the fourth floor, which makes this place unsuitable for travelers.
