The room was clean and OK, spacious, but the property’s location was bad—it’s in a slum area and dangerous to walk around. The waiting staff were there to fleece money, dinner was probably bought from roadside vendors and served, and the food was smelly and bad. The hotel is a shared space with Bay Breeze, which operates from the ground to the 6th floor, and Minerva is on the 7th floor with no signage, so it’s impossible to locate. Nothing in particular; the hotel seemed unsafe to stay.

The hotel itself was good, but the way to the hotel was not—full of dirt, noise, and smell. Once inside the room, it was perfectly okay.

It was average, but hygiene was lacking and the quilt was very dirty.
