The place sits close to downtown eateries and you can stroll along the lake; buses easily drop you at Burlington GO station for a trip to Toronto. The breakfast is included, decent, but the seating area could use a bit more space.

The location is great and the price is reasonable, but the bed was worn out and the breakfast was pedestrian at best.

The spot is right by the waterfront with a lovely view and easy water access, and it's also near Village Square, packed with restaurants. The room for guests with disabilities lacked support bars on both sides of the toilet, and some amenities were out of order, like the hot tub. The breakfast area is oddly located near the conference room doors, and the morning spread should offer standard egg options such as scrambled and fried eggs.

An exceptional location overlooking the beautiful Spencer Smith Park promenade, one of Burlington’s most stunning and iconic waterfront destinations. The breathtaking lake views, vibrant atmosphere, and picturesque surroundings make it a truly remarkable place and one of the absolute highlights of Burlington. The garden view did not meet expectations. The dense trees block a large part of the scenery, making the view feel less open and enjoyable than it appears in the photos
