The location was convenient and the pool and spa treatments were lovely, but the changing area around the pool could have been cleaner, the ceiling lights in my room didn’t work, a few staff members (not all) seemed to need more training in hospitality, and I suffered a stomach ache after breakfast.

The pool was there, but some spa facilities were broken. There was no staff in the dining room, only one person at reception who also took food orders. When we submitted the wrong order, we had to wait even longer, and the table next to us stayed dirty all evening.
