How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room we took was absolutely worthless; there was no cleaning at all, the bed was unclean, the pillows were filthy, and the bedsheet was missing until we asked for it. There was no TV, no AC, no hot water, and everything else was useless. The lights kept going out, and the washroom was filthy and terrible.

I was disappointed by the staff's behavior, with no redeeming positives to mention.

The hot water facility was fine, but the room and washroom were not cleaned.
