The hotel is central to the castle and main street, but it was split into two halves and I didn’t know which one we were in; car parking was a problem and cost £20.

The area was great and the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating; the rooms were spacious with everything you need, including an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, fridge, complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, and the water taps were great! The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. I would definitely return. Thank you for an excellent stay 10/10.
