The lodge looked just like the photo. The bed was large with good pillows. The room was clean, which I appreciate because I don’t like rustic settings. Luara is devoted to guests, doing everything masterfully and providing all necessary support. Breakfast was plentiful, and she even asked her mother to make oat crepes to replace bread for my husband who is gluten‑allergic. The woman serving breakfast was polite and friendly, bringing all items properly protected. Overall, you feel well settled. The only issue was with the bathroom: when we arrived the shower box let a little water out, but we had little choice because the lodge was full. The second day it leaked more, but we managed. On the day we left, while showering the situation worsened, water rose high in the box and soaked the bathroom. I just reported it because we were already leaving that day. I understand it’s an isolated incident and any place can have that. Maybe a clogged drain that got worse with use. Perhaps next time she could offer a discount so we could return and enjoy another unit calmly. Here’s a tip: put a small trash can in the room. The TV channel package was limited; some lodges in the area use it and there aren’t many channels to watch.
