How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

We stayed for one night only to attend a baseball game and the location was great, a few minutes drive to the stadium (we took Uber). The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good too (breakfast was included).

Thank you for our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We are giving Amanda five stars. She was kind, helpful and fun to talk with. Her smile and joyful greeting was a great plus for us. We had great laughs together and hope to see her on our next visit!

The front desk clerk Amanda was absolutely amazing, funny, and courteous!!! We arrived early about (4hrs or so) and she made the whole process easy and kept open communication with me. The housekeeping staff were very friendly as well overall I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

“Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay!”

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and found it clean and comfortable, with all the essentials we needed. The bathroom body wash had an amazing fragrance and the sleep sound machine was a thoughtful addition. Lewis, who worked the evening shift, was exceptional—attentive, personable, and on point—while Amanda was communicative and ensured everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness made a real difference when we were away from home, and overall we had a pleasant experience. Thank you, Lewis and Amanda, for the great hospitality; I’d definitely return.
