“Comfortabel verblijf op bijzondere plek”
We were welcomed warmly by the hostess, the room was beautiful and brand‑new with a lovely bed, and the town felt authentically medieval and cozy; however, when we were there there was no option to dine in the village and breakfast was limited to a nearby establishment.
“Really great place - beautiful village and newly refurbished rooms”
Another bathroom for 6 beds
“Une parenthèse hors du temps”
Some places you visit, others you take home; this one definitely belongs to the latter. The house is magnificent, tastefully restored with remarkable attention to detail. The rooms, spacious and comfortable, blend the charm of the old with contemporary comfort elegantly. Everything invites you to slow down, enjoy silence, and simply feel good. Then there’s Brancion—just a few steps outside and time seems to pause. The ancient stones, narrow lanes, quiet, light on the surrounding landscapes… it feels as if centuries have passed around the village without truly touching it. In the evening, when calm returns, Brancion feels almost unreal, and in the morning you wake with that rare sensation of being elsewhere, far from everyday noise and rhythm. Three nights felt like a true pause. A place you leave with regret and already want to return.
“Logement de charme et confortable au coeur de Brancion”
The cleanliness and comfort in a renovated old village house were good, but the breakfast at the adjacent guinguette was unclear, the only option in the village, and the high price of 15€/person for the service felt excessive.
“Gemütlicher Komfort trifft historisches Flair – Ein stilvoller Rückzugsort mit sehr gutem Service.”
The property impresses with its central location in a stunning historic setting, a friendly reception, and a very helpful host; the rooms are freshly renovated, modern yet retain authentic charm, and the beds provide excellent sleep comfort, plus a quiet air‑conditioning system ideal for hot summer days. However, the staircase in the building is quite steep, which could pose a challenge for people with mobility issues or walking difficulties.
