“UNA TRUFFA!”

I gave all low scores to this place because while we were on our way there, I called the host and was told that the property had been closed for months (we booked in March and traveled to Sicily in August!!!) and that he would find us a property of the same level. Let’s leave the level of the property he found: a TRAP! If the host knew for months that his property was closed, he should have warned us and not waited for our call.

“Ottima struttura”

The room was bright, clean and well furnished. Its location is convenient for walking around the historic centre. The common areas and kitchen are stylishly decorated and stocked with everything you need, including a coffee machine, cutlery, pots, and even a steamer with a stand. The only drawback is that the B&B is located at the top of a flight of stairs and parking is scarce nearby, making it awkward for guests with a lot of luggage; it’s best suited for short stays with light bags.

The room looked great, with modern décor and comfy beds. However, there was no host present on site; communication was only via WhatsApp and the host never replied to messages. The accommodation was supposed to have a gas stove, but it didn’t work because there was no gas. When I tried to alert the person in charge, I received radio silence – unacceptable. Additionally, the dishes were poorly washed and still left in the drawers.

“Una sorpresa”

The place was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The only issue was that water was missing.

Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden und es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht, echt super. Die Verantwortlichen sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es hat alles bestens geklappt
