Everything was perfect! The food was excellent, and the room was large, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. The location is wonderful, peaceful and quiet, surrounded by fresh mountain air and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The gondola lift is right behind the villa, which is a great advantage. The view is absolutely beautiful, and hearing the gentle murmur of the nearby stream makes the atmosphere even more relaxing. There is also plenty of parking space, and the road to the property is very good and easily accessible. A perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and recharge. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back!

The rooms were pretty, clean, and modernly furnished. The location was in a quiet area close to nature, and the pool and courtyard were pleasant. The property had potential and could offer a very nice experience. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the owner’s attitude. We parked in the spot where the other cars were parked in front of the villa, without any “Private Parking” sign and without being told at check‑in that we weren’t allowed there. Instead of politely asking us to move the car, the owner spoke to us in an aggressive tone, rushed us, and called us “unaware.” I think such behavior is unacceptable toward a client, especially when the situation was caused by a lack of clear signage. Also, the pool was almost always occupied by non‑guests. All eight loungers were taken by them, and we, as villa guests, couldn’t enjoy the facilities in peace until the evening. The rooms were right next to the pool, so the noise was constant. Another drawback was that the bathroom had no shower gel or shampoo, so we had to go into town to buy them. After the incident, we were told to park on an unpaved lot, with no signs, located below the property, between piles of debris and trash, meaning we had to carry our luggage on foot. If the front parking is private, it should be properly signposted to avoid such situations.

I had a great stay at this hotel, especially since it's conveniently located right near the gondola. The room was spacious, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed the food and found the prices to be great, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. The bathroom lacked ventilation, and I was surprised that there were no chairs in the room. Despite these issues, I had a decent stay.
