We should have been told there was a party booking starting at 4pm and ending after 8pm. Then another party/group booking followed with a Bluetooth speaker, loud talking, and up‑and‑down movement that was very disruptive. Our room didn't lock on Saturday. When we returned, our biltong was gone from the table, coffee and brown sugar sachets had been removed from our room. Very sub‑standard and awful experience. Will never book again.
