The location and restaurant are very good. I didn’t realize I had booked a room that wasn’t part of the hotel – my mistake. The room was horrible, decadent, and the cleaning service was not like the hotel’s. I had to run and dirty the towel; there was no way to change it. The bathroom was ruined. It was a very bad experience. I don’t know if it’s just an impression, but because the room wasn’t from the hotel, the service wasn’t the same. Be careful when booking.

We stayed in a loft that only provided one bath towel per guest, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. They told us there would be a 220 V outlet, but there wasn’t one. The induction stove wasn’t working. The bedding smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Moreover, any help we needed had to be directed to the platform because it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility, yet none of that was disclosed at booking. The hotel staff, however, were very good.
