The location was excellent, a beautiful spot with a great view from our terrace and a nice pool. The kitchen and cookware could be better; the stove was minimal and a bit old. Google Maps shows the wrong address. Drive a bit and take the gravel road on the right down.

The peace at the spot with a nice pool and comfortable lounge chairs. Great wines. The outdoor furniture on the terrace was really remote.

The place had rust, a pool, and a view. Nothing else.

A spot that feels almost otherworldly, tucked away and peaceful, with a self‑catering setup that’s quiet and charming. The rustic vibe is full of character, the pool is lovely, and the wine—especially the tasting—was incredible. The team was fantastic and incredibly kind, and Argo the Dog was a delight. In midsummer the rooms can get hot, as Tuscany is hot, but fans and mosquito nets for the shutters are supplied, and you can leave the windows open. Air conditioning would spoil the building’s character and was missing from our apartment, so if you’re visiting in those months expect a rustic, traditional stay and bring deet. Nothing else to gripe about!
