How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great for the wedding we attended, the outside glass area was fantastic in the evening, our room had beautiful views and a lovely terrace, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. Nothing else.

Our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable; the grounds were beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating, the atmosphere relaxed, and the public rooms matched the building’s age. The breakfast service was rather erratic and our order was forgotten completely on the day we checked out, but we received complimentary late check‑out as compensation. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly, though.

The hotel, perched over Cardiff in a historic building, was unbelievably beautiful, fully comfortable, and included a good restaurant. We had nothing to criticize.

The hotel feels luxurious and sits in a brilliant spot, and getting to Cardiff is a breeze by either road or rail. The staff are pleasant, and I can't think of anything negative.
