Those who know how high inner‑city London prices can be will be pleased with a tiny room, a shared bathroom and toilet, but the good residential area with perfect public transport just around means you can pay a couple of notes and still save some money for beer.

The location is very good. More cleaning is needed in the bathrooms and kitchen.
